The day of Dedy (sounds almost as “daddy” but with accent on the second syllable) – Ancestors, literally “grand-fathers”. It is time to remember the gone parents, to thank and to glorify them, and eventually to ask for some help or advise from there, if you are in trouble.

The same time as Celtic / Wiccan Samhain, but nothing of that horror “hide you in this night, or the dead can take you with them”. No. Your granny and your grandpa do love you even from there. If you behave not worthy, they can sorrow, but do not be afraid till the cold sweat. Just decide to correct yourself for the next year.

It is not a Santa-tale for little children. It is serious. And who and what are you when all your ancestors are looking at you.
