Apostle Andrew. He stands near the Moscow canal in the Khimki park between Moscow and Moscow's suburbs Khimki and Dolgoprudny. This monument was established in 2006 by private sponsors, for memory of prisoners who suffered and died constructing the canal in 1930-s. That was written at the momument.
 

After renovation in 2018 there is only the shield with sponsors' names, without mention of Stalin's KZ prison camps and without any explanation why Apostle is standing here.
